Pre-drywall documentation for home builders

The walls change. The record doesn’t.

Digital Home Records for new home builders: an interactive, permanent record of what’s behind the walls, captured before the drywall goes up.

Once the drywall goes up, what’s behind the walls is gone.

Before the walls are closed, we capture the home as it really exists: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing and more. Then we connect it to the finished home in an interactive iGUIDE your buyers can open on their phone, years from now.

Know what’s behind the walls

Every critical system is documented in 360° at the pre-drywall stage and tagged where it runs. Before a renovation, repair or addition, homeowners can see exactly where the pipes, wires and ducts are, instead of guessing.

Tap. Reveal. Remember.

In the finished-home tour, each tag stays exactly where it was. Tap one and the wall opens up to show what was there before the drywall, with photos, measurements and model or serial numbers where they’re useful.
